Ibolya is an Ontario Registered Music Teacher (ORMTA) with more then 14 years teaching experience.
As a patient, firm and enthusiastic teacher, who inspires students to reach high levels of achievement, Ibolya brings creativity and energy, providing a positive learning environment and instilling in students the values of discipline, confidence, musical curiosity and exploration.
Ibolya has been teaching in Toronto for the past five years. Her students continuously receive recognition for professionalism and high levels performances at competitions and Royal Conservatory of Music examinations.
She specializes in the Royal Conservatory of Music method (grades 1 – ARCT, Theory). For the beginners she uses different piano methods like Piano Adventures, Bastian, Leila Fletcher Piano Course, The Piano ABC, The John Thompson's Piano Course. She also teaches pop, jazz, or other styles according to each student’s individual needs.
Ibolya holds a BA in Music from the Cluj Napoca University, Romania, and a Pedagogical diploma from Bethlen Gabor College.
